Glucose test

Jamie got home Friday afternoon from LA and we had a wonderful weekend filled with lots of baby stuff.

Saturday morning we pre-registered and took our hospital tour. It was so much fun to get to see where the action will take place. The rest of the weekend we spent painting baby girl’s room.

Yesterday was the 1st day of my last trimester and I started it off with a trip to the doctor's office. What a way to spend your memorial day - driving 45 minutes just to drink a nasty orange soda, wait an hour and then have someone stick you in the arm. The best part of the whole trip was baby girl shoving her hand, foot or whatever she had in my ribs the entire drive.

The doctor just called and I passed the glucose test, but I have very low iron. I did some research and its common for pregnant women to have low iron so no need to worry.

Well, my lunch hour is up so I better get back to work. I will update soon with really beautiful gorgeous pictures of baby girl’s room. Have a great week!

Its been a crazy 2 weeks!!!

Sorry for the lack of posting in the past two weeks, but as many of you know last week was quite crazy! We were in Columbia two weeks ago for Tripp's baseball game. It was a lot of fun...he even hit an in the park homerun!!! This blur is him coming across the plate getting a high five from one of the coaches!!!
Then last Monday, my dad had a heart attack. Luckily everything is okay, dont worry we didn't take any pictures of him in the hospital.

But then we ended the week on a high note. It's true, really!!! Brooks Graduated!!! Congrats!
Then Monday after mother's day, Steph had another doctor's appointment. Everything went well, we didn't get to see any pictures of Baby Girl, only got to hear the heartbeat, which is still an amazing thing!!!

Now I am getting ready to head to Providence, Rhode Island for the last casting call for season 3 of the show, while Steph will stay in town and go shopping for more Baby Girl gear! I can't wait to see what she buys!!!
